StoveCAT Product Warranty / Terms and Conditions
Healthy Hearth LLC hereby warrants to the consumer who purchases a wood burning stove or heater containing a StoveCAT Emission Control System as a new product, to replace the device at no charge should it cease to function from normal operation within three years from the date of purchase.The Healthy Hearth Catalytic System is designed to perform efficiently for a minimum of three years of normal operation.
For warranty replacement, proof of purchase and possibly the return of the defective unit will be required. Labor for removal and/or re-installation of the catalytic component will be the responsibility of the user or homeowner. This warranty applies only to components manufactured and sold by WITTUS Inc. or one of their their distributors or retailers for use in the Shaker Stove.
For replacement of a StoveCAT unit or to file a warranty claim under the conditions of this warranty, please complete the Warranty Return Form provided below.Healthy Hearth warrants that the StoveCAT unit will be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. After receipt of the Warranty Claim by Healthy Hearth LLC, if the unit is still under warranty and found to be defective it will be repaired or replaced at no charge.
Warranty/Disclaimer
The Healthy Hearth WARRANTY does not apply to defects resulting from any unauthorized action by the purchaser, including but not limited to mishandling, improper use, operation outside of design limits, improper repair, or unauthorized modification. The StoveCAT unit is designed for use on a 6"
exhaust system. This WARRANTY is VOID if the unit shows evidence of having been tampered with or shows evidence of being damaged as a result of misapplication; misuse or other operating conditions outside of recommended operation.
Healthy Hearth neither assumes responsibility nor assumes liability for any damages that result from the mis-use of its products as described herein. Healthy Hearth warrants ONLY that the parts manufactured by it will be as specified by the StoveCAT design criteria and free of defects.
HEALTHY HEARTH LLC MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, EXCEPT THAT OF TITLE, AND ALL IMPLIED
WARRANTIES INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE OTHER THAN EMISSIONS CONTROL OF WOOD BURNING EMISSIONS OFFERED BY ANY DISTRIBUTOR, RETAILER OR ANY OTHER THIRD PARTY ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED.
